It seems reasonable to me. I’m no expert on the specifics of the area, and of course the condition of the house and other conditions of the rental contract play a part in this – but generally speaking, 12,000 per month for a furnished living space with the amenities you mention is definitely not over-priced, but at the same time it’s not cheap enough that I think something might be fishy.
